Human Resources Assistant - recruit @ 12:07 pm EST
This Human Resources position requires
the right candidate to work with the COO, the
Finance Director and the VP of Human Resources
in this prestigious fashion company.
The primary responsibilities are:
managing complex business calendars and schedules for
three business executives; provide current
agenda and presentation documents for
meetings; manage freelance
labor, request approvals, coordinate with resources,
and ensure W9 and Independent Contractor Agreement
paperwork is completed; assist in the recruitment of
new associates, open requisitions, assist in the
coordination of interview schedules, maintain weekly
headcount report, create offer letters and maintain
employee files; arrange executive travel
and handle expense reports; manage invoice
process which includes ensuring timely flow
of paperwork through departments
by monitoring deadlines requiring follow-up;
code invoices for account and project
information; generate ad hoc reports by vendor,
time periods, etc...and follow-up with vendors
to resolve outstanding invoice issues; to perform
other duties and responsibilities as
assigned.

This position requires the candidate
to have a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years
as an Administrative Assistant in a
fast paced and dynamic culture.
Must have excellent Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, and Outlook computer skills.
The ability to multi-task and problem
solve is a very big plus.


Salary: 56K
